Community Residence
2-3 consumers live in a home. Siddharth Services,Inc provides
necessary services and supports 24 hours / 7days.
Individual Service Option (ISO)
The consumers live in the home of a provider who is contracted by Siddharth Services, Inc to provide the residential
services. In some cases, the provider / roommate can be placed in the home of a consumer also to provide the
needed support. We ensure that the provider is capable of providing the security and facilities of a good home to
our consumers in a family environment.
Day programs
Depending upon th individual's personal interests and potentials, Siddharth Services, Inc offers vocational and
non-vocational community activities such as job development, job placement, job coaching, volunteering, pursuing a
hobby, other community and recreational activities. Services are provided Mon thru Fri, generally for 6 hours a day.
Clinical And Consultation Services
Nursing Services:
Our Registered Nurse imparts training and supervises the staffs in medication administration and health issues. A
24 - hour on call emergency service is also available.
Respite Care:
Respite staffs are made available to our providers to give them a break, as needed. We carry out their full
background checks and train them properly.
Consultation Services:
Our professionals include behavioral consultant and psychologists who evaluate the needs of our consumers and
provide counseling and psychological support to those who need them.
