Siddharth Services, Inc is a human services organization serving and supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and acquired brain injuries, which include physical disabilities, intellectual disability, behavioral, emotional and psychiatric disorders. Our mission is to enrich the lives of the individuals with disabilities by providing quality community based programs and services. We are located at Hooksett, NH and service individuals across the state of New Hampshire and Massachusetts. Siddharth Services has been certified by the both Massachusetts and New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services as the Provider Agency and is registered to work with all the state area agencies.

Our highly motivated teams are well trained, dedicated and includes subject matter experts to support the individual needs of a person. They place the welfare of the persons they serve above all and work hard for the attainment of their good health, happiness and growth.

Individualized programs are developed after thorough study of the individual’s profile in consultation with subject matter expert such as behaviorist, psychiatrist, occupational therapist, doctors and nurse as well as feedback from prior care-givers, guardians and case managers. The program is developed to provide for the individuals specific needs, considering their abilities in supporting themselves. The objective of the programs is to provide structured support and a secure environment to help them become independent and successfully integrate within their community.
